White people all, with few exceptions, think the way they help dismantle whiteness & be antiracist, is by pointing the finger at the other more racist white people or the other more absurd white people. That ain't it. You learned to be white from the womb. You are all white & all must examine it.

I'm a marketer, we play with people's brains, everyone makes 'group' assumptions, that's how the brain works, we are all racist, training at a conscious level isn't it, I don't know how to fix it barring fixing the media.
