Nobody thinks it’s going to fix the problems. If anything, Trump is exposing the contradictions of our system and the failure of its institutions creating avenues in which they’ve never been examined so publicly before. Any move forward entails chaos, but I’m in favor of the least amount possible.

I mean this in all sincerity: You may want to look into DSA Insternational Socialist Alternative. They don’t advocate voting for Biden, but they’re the baby step away from liberalism that you seem comfortable with.
