This is a disappointing response, suggesting it plans to continue with its mowing. This lot, used in the fall for overflow parking, is used for growing/harvesting hay in the spring/summer. 2/4

That doesn't take away from the fact that any disturbance of nesting native songbirds is a violation of the Migratory Bird Treaty Act, a federal law. 3/4
