This is course seems to be the real purpose of the current rash of SEEN networks, to work as a means of funneling company handbooks and policies to transphobes and the transphobic media so pressure can be brought to bear on any organisations seen to be tolerating the transes too much

But this is just organisations COMPLYING WITH THE LAW. Since they would be unable to demonstrate that forcing trans people into toilets that don't match their identity and expression would be proportionate or legitimate, they literally have to comply with EA2010. GCs just need to do more coping.
