I don’t know what the fuck this woman is on about or why anyone is giving her credence, I’m a white american, I eat goat, I’ve never heard anyone express a taboo or issue with it. Now, it’s not common in American cooking, that’s for sure. But neither is kangaroo and there’s no taboo.
