That’s weird. Let’s just say it. That’s weird, man. People take pictures of animals looking at the camera all the time. It’s weird to complain about that.

Yeah, I’d just ignore those people. If you can’t take eye contact from a cat in a picture, you should probably not be on social media.

What killed it for me was when the admin for my instance de-federated from .social b/c some folks had problems w/ the lack of moderation there, then re-feded because it was an obviously bad idea, which meant everyone lost all their follows from the "default" server w/ no notification on either side.
