I actually played fire emblem a few months ago but my favourite strategy game for gba is Final Fantasy Tactics Advanced, and Minish Cap is probably my favourite zelda game ever, certainly of the 2D ones. Final Fantasy V is great also.

ffv is really good! i played the pixel remaster last fall and really enjoyed it. i had tactics advance on gba when i was little, and used to play it with friends over the cable connection. also advance wars against friends was good. i will probably transfer my ps1 tactics save to the mini..
