Smoking is not exciting or interesting or glamorous enough to be “driven underground” by banning. It’s *entirely* situational. The dull default vice of pathetic weak willed wannabe junkies in a society that indulges their banality. Best to make it the habit of smelly, sad old men it deserves to be.
