Excuse the dumb question, but is it via replies, posts that mention, DMs, or some other vector ( or all of the above ). Could a moderation or labeling filter similar to the way spam filters used to work or bot sentinel, to score accounts and let users set their own threshold of what they see/allow?

Not a dumb q! For me it’s mostly been via replies and posts w mentions. It’s targeted, repetitive, and he refers to how I got his account suspended before and now he’s “back.” Filters can help, but they can only catch so much.
