One of the greatest things about Biden is how he stops to help kids with stutters and offers them advice. It's just beautiful to see. Especially as a parent of a child with a stutter, it upsets me how little tolerance for or understanding of speech impediments that Americans have.

it upsets me how stuttering is regarded as a speech defect at all. why can't it just be another way of speaking, like an accent? live and let live
