Everyone I know, myself included, finds those annoying
However I’ve noticed that more and more, especially at work, people are playing stuff out loud off their phones without headset/phones, and hopefully it isn’t becoming normalized
On the first day, I was chilling in the Westin lobby with folks, chatting.
A guy, carrying an electric guitar arrives on scene, PLUGS IN A GOD DAMN AMP right behind me, and starts playing (bad) guitar riffs.
Hotel staff told him to shove off pretty quick, but damn, really?
I'm gonna put my neck out and say, whoever was playing the jeopardy theme during the line-con reg was a hero that lightened my mood a bit. *hides from angry fist waving*
Hate to sound like a boomer but I always was annoyed by them, especially with how bad my hearing already is.
If you're set up with some folks to chill, sure. But walking around tight hotel hallways blasting it annoys me. Like you're free to do what you want in public ofc but it's still obnoxious
