It's cute how they use reversible issues to put the perspective. Now check and balance an execution – the law is unable to restitute life onto a person. If anything, the best way to force an amendment, thanks to the SCOTUS ruling, to revert it, is to gunpoint the legislators into approving that.

Note: I mean that the president could do that, as he'd be immune to anything, as that creative ruling from the SCOTUS said. But even giving orders to armed forces that would mean they would violate the law would have a weird disjunctive: Do you prefer to commit a crime or insurrection?
