One might think that a Bezos-owned company migt have gone super hard at Doing A Software Right, or even spinning out the Enterprise CRM part by now. (I mean this is regardless of the entirely shit market for enterprise CRM for news organizations, I think?)

Whether it was a good decision or not (and it might be, given the pendulum that swings between need-to-build-custom-to-meet-needs to now-custom-is-a-commodity), Vox *did* decide to move off/discontinue Chorus and then to Wordpress...
