The one silver lining in Trump v. US is that the majority opinion is so sloppy and imprecise that it will be simple to limit. But to do that, we need a new court. Until then, lower courts should aggressively adopt the narrowest readings possible.

I suppose, but if you can get a new court, why not just overturn it outright? The dissents were livid enough that the libs would might be on board with doing so

If Dems somehow win all 3 branches in Nov, come Jan 20, 2025 newly inaugurated Joe Biden, Senate Majority Leadr Schumer & House Speaker Jeffries immediately move to expand SCOTUS to 13 seats, scrap the filibuster (which is not in the Constitution) and end these fascists and their un-American rulings
