This this this! It’s the first thing I say when people ask how they can help the library. The second thing is show up, use our services. Come get your copies here instead of at Staples, we’re cheaper and the more you use us, the better are stats. The better our stats, the more our funding rises.

I’m thrilled this is getting traction, so let be add this: If you want and are able, write to or show up at your local town, borough, county, or municipality council and tell your story. Share how important your local public library is to you. Statistics are important but so is advocacy.
