Unfortunately, EVs are not simply plug and play. How do you educate car buyers on home charging requirements, using public charging (and apps), and the behavioral changes of “refueling”? Early adopters understand the implications, but perceptions of the average car buyer are entirely different.

It’s an experience some EV buyers won’t fully comprehend until they own one, and it’s understandable if many buyers are having regrets. In the meantime, dealers certainly aren’t helping to educate buyers on an EV purchase by any means.
