I can't listen to anything with lyrics, my brain will do the utmost to try to follow along, distracting me. While I work it's either silence or classical music (adjacent also works). These days I try to find playlists of video game music. Found a couple from Stellaris lasing +5hrs. So worth it.

Even classical can be too distracting for me. It's often very "peaky" with lots of crescendos and whatnot. I'll search on YouTube for "relaxing music and rain" or nature sounds; I have a few good ones bookmarked. I also have a personal sound mix at ambient-mixer.com with rain, thunder, and crows.
