True story. When I was on Facebook I saw chatter plotting the violent overthrow of the US government with guns. I reported it to Facebook and was told it fell within FB parameters & not against their rules. Facebook didn't sanction them or close their accounts. 2 days later -- January 6.

So you make your whole cabinet peers and none have to stand for election. Then, as Sunak has, you appoint a minister for media relations band nobody in your inner circle has to answer any awkward questions from the few decent journalists out there. No give me democracy and accountability any day

They cannot be challenged in the HOC because they cannot enter the HOC (I.e. they are not serving MP’s) Fishy has appointed a minister to handle media enquiries today. He is gradually trying to protect all his team from scrutiny

Although they knew that this caused earthquakes that threatened the life & property of the residents, they ignored this for many years b/c they considered sky-high profits more important than the safety of people.
