Ocean Grey on the Spitfire, I've been spraying a lot of Tamiya paint thinned with X-20A and it sprays so beautifully. If only their paint range was better and didn't often involve mixes.

Hart Day3: Upper wing didn't have the struts holes, so in they went by way of drill.
Fuselage and lower wing had an okayish fit, better than I expected at this point.

Hart Day1: That's the interior, more resin and PE than plastic. My assumption is AZ took some real old shabby mould and spiced it up with extra non plastic parts. The most important tool is the sanding stripe here...

Hellcat finished, first time I have done a gloss finish, some pictures I've seen have them like this in museums. The aircraft was flown by Lt C N Nooy, who sadly passed away in 1952 from cancer. Hope it's a fitting tribute to him and his buddies.
