This is an excellent point. I think we also forget, especially since the downfall of Twitter, that there is virtually NO MONOCULTURE left in the United States. So we're talking about one of the first things that brought that many people together in a LONG time and we all KNOW it's been seen now.

To me; whether they've realized it consciously or not, I think this is the MSM realizing that Trump doesn't pop ratings like he used to. It took something "out of the ordinary" like Biden's performance to REMIND those outlets what good ol' "chaos clicks" looked like again.

No I mean there isn't a single person who would vote for Joe Biden right now that wouldn't vote for any Democrat you replaced them with. This is a settled presidential race in a sense. People literally already voted once, and things don't get easier for an incumbent.

I honestly don't understand the scenarios you're describing. This is an intraparty decision. They literally changed the rules to make this EASIER when Bernie was gaining ground in the party. They can remove and add whomever they want on the ticket legally.

But at the end of the day I don't read this as "vote blue no matter who", I read it as someone advocating for a party's plan of giving a sundowning TIME to get BETTER.
