Lucid dreaming is a thing, but it's not of supernatural origin. My doctors have said I do it because of trauma, and being able to "edit" my dreams is a way for me to practice some control over my life. It's not exactly a magical, mystical voyage. It's more like disordered sleep.

Apparently people sell workshops on how to lucid dream, and it's false advertising when they say how great it is. *I* lucid dream and honestly it's exhausting! You're basically awake even if you're asleep! Don't waste your money. You're better off letting your brain rest.

Ever since Kickin' Kombucha closed, I haven't been able to touch the stuff. They were the only ones who let the tea and additives speak for themselves, with only enough sugar for fermenting and nothing more. Everyone else tastes like sparkling Kool-Aid. I miss Kickin' so much.
