Concerns with Clinton aren’t just with her email practices, but with the appallingly bad campaign she's been running to date. And concerns with the latter are directly related to voters’ best shot at addressing SCOTUS overreach thru the ballot box. NYT editorial choices are not the problem right now

I agree with your critique in 2016. But this isn’t 2016 and concerns with Biden aren’t as trivial as those with HRC’s emails. The latter was another right wing conspiracy; this one is about legitimate intra-party concerns about the best nominee against Trump.
