Was the founding fathers original intent that just men had the right to huck a looey at their neighbor, or were women allowed to debase themselves by expectorating in public as well?
It was considered unbelievably uncouth for a woman to spit in public, but they could do it at home, and tobacco consumption was a matter of national pride, so they did.
