How much we have to change ourselves to make everyone else comfortable at work. Whether it’s tone, delivery, taking on extra tasks to make others feel like we are team players, etc.

As I told you, I basically had to get comfy within myself around "I don't care if I get full" in order to allow myself to maintain boundaries at work so I'm not just constantly contorting myself for others
