Look, if the Associate Dean says that they can record your class without permission or notice, then they can record you class without permission or notice. The word of the Associate Dean is the Law, at least as far as faculty should be concerned.

I don't understand the legality of this. NC is a one party consent state, but how is the computer a party in the class? This guy should sue and retire on his winnings.
