And a lowish 5-7 in foam wedge- couldn’t find a latex one, and it does exacerbate hip pain if you also have to side sleep. Supposedly a riser under the mattress is best but my bed sharer is more of a diva and won’t let me try it. Also, it is great to have a small neck roll pillow to go under the arm

I also always use my nodpod sleep mask to blot out lights etc. this and the slim neck roll travel w me everywhere i need to sleep. But maybe that’s tmi 😬😂
