now, DCTA receives lots of grant funding from the federal government, which is ridership based, so it's hard to math the whole thing out (as some UNT riders double or triple count into connect and A-Train). DCTA seems to be taking a "cost cutting" approach, not a "charge more" approach

looks like they're doing the same GoZone-usage study and potentially geofencing the UNT bus route travel sheds. If they're going to do this (and they should!) it's *really* time to begin network redesign to make the whole thing cohere together. this would save DCTA millions in GoZone ride costs
