It is normal and human and absolutely okay to need to ask for help and support and care from others. Humans are social creatures who rely on each other. The idea that we can do it all alone without ever needing to ask for help just isn't realistic.

I have a lot of thoughts on this, but this is where I want to stop for now. Asking for mutual aid help can be just as radical and anti-capitalist as providing that help.
