In order for Biden to fail to meet it, the bar must be raised. All of these arguments ignore huge swathes of what Nixon, Reagan, and Trump actually did. They have to in order to preserve the point.

does this particular split hair actually matter? the original post is dumb because it's a ridiculous comparison that flies in the face of any actual evaluation of reagan and biden's presidencies, it doesn't really matter where exactly you place the bar
