... people keep saying this site is mostly elder millennials or something but I'm pretty sure most of the people I follow are older than that... idk if that's just me or what

I’m only guessing younger than me since it has been in the last decade that I find my sleep to be disturbed by more than one drink. Being a late Boomer I’d guess most people here are younger than me! Of course different people react differently as we age, hopefully you continue to sleep well 😴
