anecdotally, APSA's seen a noticeable increase in folks from across the profession seeking financial support. would be helpful to have a better idea of the contours of how this is playing out.

I'm at an R1 with no dedicated research funds, just competitive internal grants. Our sister school (also R1) just had all discretionary spending (conference support, hosting) cut for at least another year.
