Beryl is now a CAT 5 hurricane. NHC: This is the earliest Category 5 Atlantic hurricane ever recorded. Beryl is now a C5 Hurricane in the Eastern Caribbean and is expected to bring life-threatening winds and storm surge to Jamaica later this week. Extensive damage on the island of Carriacou:

For a Cat 5 the 950mb pressure reading is a bit high. The big ones are usually in the 930-920mb range, at least for a time. Obviously could drop farther.
