Here is the handy dandy flow chart for how to tag a character's gender (which they 100% conflate with sex). Trans characters can't be called male or female. You can't have GNC trans characters at all (a trans masc with breasts still would be female). And if it's sfw it's 100% just vibes.

I guess it makes somewhat sense. Lets say the tags are a bit unfortunately named, because if a straight boy wants to go watch some pussy, and searches for the female tag, and suddenly a creature With Penis apears, they gonna be pissed...
