Is this part of your going off pregabalin? I went through similar with gabapentin and duloxetine. Pretty awful sleep there for a bit.

It might be. It also is consistent with how my PTSD generally affects me after someone I love dies. 😅 anticipating I’ll be having nightmares for the next month or so.
