I completed the form and got this response by email: “Based on the information that you have provided to us, we are unable to identify any examples of your personal information in a response from one of Meta’s generative AI models. As a result, we cannot take further action on your request.”

Yes, people have reported getting this message but only recently. Ultimately it's Meta saying no - which is frustrating!
