TIL On 30 June 1905, in Annalen der Physik published a paper by a young patent clerk called Albert Einstein. (On the Electrodynamics of Moving Bodies) set out Einstein's theory of Special Relativity, which explains the relationship between space and time – and between energy and mass. E=mc2.
