Oh I've seen this kind of scam before
Honestly getting YouTube admins and/or lawyers involved might be the only way to resolve this considering YouTube tends to be terrible with copyright

YouTube has to be aware of how common scams are with copyright claims. how is this STILL so difficult. you're honestly more likely to get a response griping about it on Twitter, which is embarrassing 😐
