I mean I can point out this is all unconstitutional but also just... the Bible is full of historical misinformation. Like just a quite example of many: we know from geological data that a global flood never happened so everything related to Noah is 100% bullshit.

Heck, even its central figure of Jesus historically may not have actually existed and rather several word of mouth stories about different people were combined into a single folk hero. We may as well put Bibles in chemistry classrooms because they're just as relevant there (ie: not at all).
