If they keep doing it after it's been taken down, especially during Pride? That sounds to me like a hostile where core bits of people's identities are being mocked repeatedly. I might want to start taking notes on how often and how quickly that sticker got replaced, and what HR does about it.

I have been from the first one. I'm having trouble convincing people that I'm not overreacting because "it's just a sticker". I don't care if they want to put up an American flag sticker, I just want them to stop with this sticker. It's so obviously anti-queer but cishet people don't see it that way
