I literally live right around the corner from there. It was a Starbucks before, but it went out of business during COVID. The whole block on the other side is being redeveloped, but the developer forced everyone out then paused development.

there's a classy, upscale cannabis shop that opened near us a few months ago, in marked contrast to the janky, dank cannabis shop that opened near us right when it became legal a few years ago. hilarious, except for being a harbinger of typical corporate consolidation
