I understand the Con restricted this, but does that apply to Hotel Space? Do the Con rules apply to the lobby areas? How much autonomy do cons have in these situations for non-con space, so future policies can be made.

The photos shown in this thread were taken in a con-managed lobby space that had until literal moments prior been covered in convention sound equipment operated by convention DJs. This was in no way a “public” area.
