its also optics. ive seen many a post of people literally giving themselves ptsd from not being able to make any meaningful changes to the gaza war apart from just looking at gory footage all the time. not only is it counterproductive, you arent really helping said victims

the best thing to do imo, is what you can. if you are the activist type, then phonebanking and getting people who arent registered to vote registered is a good place to start. also be sure to take time away from screens and and engage in actual physical hobbies that dont require screens in the-
