I could go on for days, but I think it's important to keep echoing all the capital projects that are being immediately put on hold because of the legally questionable congestion pricing "pause." First, foremost, and by far the worst are these ADA projects:

Here is a general overview of the cuts. -Second Ave Subway has to stop, as the matching funds were from Congestion Pricing. -Stopping $2B in accessibility. -CBTC installation stopping for the time being. All these things will only be *more* expensive to restart in the future.
