I want people to really understand that I'm an autistic person who only really started recovering from cPTSD in my 30s. "Mental healthcare" means conversion therapy, 5150 holds, and being told that you can't have this or that as a grown adult because you're mentally infirm. This almost killed me.

Make excuses for this and you're looking me in the eye and telling me that I and almost everyone I cared about, including my sibling who was put through the same meat grinder, is an acceptable loss because we would disappear quietly. You're telling me that kids don't get a better, safer future.
