I think you're fine not labeling it as nudity but don't be surprised if your art gets flagged, their auto moderation is pretty bad. when we post nude trans bodies that's automatically labeled porn :/

Ahh I didn't know there was automated moderation. That's a real shame, why even have the "artistic nudity" label if they're gonna do that? :/
