By saying that, you’re implying that everyone should relax and wait for the outcome. But we already KNOW the lower courts won’t hear the case until after the election. So your position seems… weird.

So many people have such unreasonable trust in a system that is so obviously broken FDRLST Society/Heritage Foundation have spent so long getting their lab-grown activist judges installed up and down in our judiciary and yet it's counterproductive「 oh don't worry / things might just work out ! 」
