Astonishing, isn’t it. Only in Glasgow was the word ‘coal’ allowed by the fossil fuel states and corporate backers, even then with any phase out for “unabated” coal. translation: “keep burn if you can bury the resulting carbon dioxide, which you and we know you shouldn’t, can’t or won’t” 1/

Well said! But it's not only them. As long as governments from all over the world are stilling taking part in projects like en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/East_Af..., all the talks are BS only. Involved here: France, China, Switzerland.
2/n: Exxon CEO Darren Woods says that UN climate negotiations have "put way too much emphasis on getting rid of fossil fuels, oil and gas, and not . . . on dealing with the emissions associated with them". What an insanely backwards, self-interested thing to claim...
