That surely applies to the LDP in Japan for some time now. A string of mostly weak PMs, Abe's absurd killing by means of a home-made gun, the Moonie influence, the silly and brain-dead ploys to boost fertility -- all the makings of tragic farce. But we still have great package delivery.
