I realized that I was already doing that to some extent, but I think it's helping to now be fully cognizant. The person that pisses you off can be a great example of how not to be.

I had an interaction with another passenger earlier this year during commercial air travel that made me silently seethe for hours. And eventually I started to ask myself why I just could not let it go and just stewed. Really not proud of myself and kind of shocked, too. Important to self assess.
