My thought on banning TikTok is this. Why aren’t they trying to ban X ? Elon Musk and Alex Jones are every bit as dangerous to Democracy as China.

The EU is at least talking about it, if Musk doesn't start behaving responsibly with user data. There are too many bigger things on the EU's plate right now, but regulators have raised it.
